NEW OFFERING! Bulk Beef is available by the whole, half, and quarter animal. The weight ranges and prices are approximates only. The final weight and price will vary with the size of the animal and the processing options. The average whole beef is 1000 lbs. live weight; our typical hanging weight is 500lbs to 600lbs. The final price range below reflects meat that has been cut, wrapped and frozen at a state inspected abattoir. It does not have a USDA-inspected label. The breakdown of cuts (by weight) is approximately 20-25% steaks, 20-25% roasts, 5% soup bones and stew meat and the remainder in ground beef.

Deposits will be processed immediately to reserve your selection. Deposits are non-refundable. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Beeves are butchered in the spring and late fall and are to be picked up or shipped three weeks hence. We will provide you with the phone number to call with your custom processing choices. Quarter beeves are offered as a split side. Split halves are partially from the front quarter, and partially from the back quarter, for a full selection. Custom processing is available, but will have just a few restrictions.
