Bulk Beef is available by the whole, or half animal. - The weight ranges and prices are approximates only. The final weight and price will vary with the size of the animal and the processing options. Our average whole beef is 900-1000 lbs. live weight. The price reflects meat that has been processed at an inspected plant (meat is non-USDA inspected), cut (to your specifications), wrapped and frozen. The breakdown of cuts (by weight) is 20-25% steaks, 20-25% roasts, and the remainder in ground beef.
